The problem with searching for "the most romantic place in St. Thomas" is that romance and logistics are not always on speaking terms.
A spectacular overlook is less spectacular when you cannot park.

It is not the place to arrive with a giant floral arch and assume nobody will mind.

3. Secret Harbour
Secret Harbour is useful because the proposal does not have to end when the sun disappears.
You have a protected beach, restaurants on site and an easy transition from "we're going for a drink" to the actual plan.

No suspicious 40 - minute drive to a remote overlook.
Just dinner.

Technically, this is not a place.
