St. Thomas Sightseeing & Beach Tour with Guide (Sunny Liston Tours)
Sunny Liston Tours has been running this same taxi-safari format for over 22 years, and the reviews consistently point to the same thing: an open-air bus, island music, and a driver who narrates as much local history and commentary as the road allows. That's the trade-off worth knowing going in — this is the loud, energetic version of a St. Thomas tour, not the quiet-narration kind. The stops are the standard, worthwhile ones: shopping in Charlotte Amalie, a banana-daiquiri break at Mountain Top with its view over Magens Bay, Drake's Seat, and Skyline Drive, finishing at a beach — Sapphire and Coki are the two riders mention most often. One cost to plan for separately: if the beach stop is Magens Bay, its entrance fee is charged at the gate and isn't included in the tour price.
