St. Croix attractions

Build St. Croix around one strong experience, then add the places that fit the route

St. Croix attractions spread across a larger island, so the best comparison is often about the shape of the day. Christiansted brings historic streets and Fort Christiansvaern into reach of waterfront plans. Frederiksted adds a west-end pier and town history. Buck Island and other outdoor experiences require a boat, road time, or both.

Choose the anchor first, then use nearby beaches, restaurants, trails, and water activities to complete the day. That keeps a history-focused morning from turning into an overpacked island loop and makes the return plan easier to judge.

Before you decide

  • Pick the island side before stacking attractions.
  • Check access, hours, and boat or vehicle requirements for the main stop.
  • Pair one major attraction with one nearby meal or outdoor experience.
